One thing about healthy meal planning is controlling food intake portions.

Whenever I plan a quick healthy recipe for weight loss, I always make sure the measurement is something that is understandable to me. This helps minimize the guessing game when buying food ingredients.

Here’s a metric conversion chart for the cook and healthy foodie in here:

A basic metric cup set consists of: 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup and 1/4 cup sizes. The basic spoon set comprises 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon.
