INGREDIENTS
3tbsp white almond butter (or normal)
250ml brown rice milk
50g banana
2 tsp chia seeds
Small pinch fresh nutmeg
1 tsp melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a blender and wiz up until smooth
