Uni Pin Ball Point Fine Line pens are water and fade proof, pigment ink pens. My sister said the ink won't bleed even if the paper is wet. I think homework and the rain together will not be a problem with this pen. Make sure to recap the pens after use so the ink won't dry out fast.
